To initiate a return, please ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Items must not show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage. Please include the original packing slip or order confirmation email with your return.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
